Siemens WL / Sentron WL Decoder

Low Voltage Circuit Breaker — 15-Digit Catalog Number Decoder
Both listings share the same 15 digit positions but use different code sets for the class, frame, mounting and ampere digits. If you pick the wrong one, the decoder will tell you which to switch to.
Decodes all 15 positions — interrupting class, frame size, mounting, poles, frame ampere rating, rating plug, ETU trip unit and every factory accessory digit. Non-automatic switches are recognised automatically. The short 6-character stem that dealers list breakers under (e.g. WLL3F340) also decodes, as far as it goes.
Catalog examples
Every breaker below is a real catalog number taken from a live distributor or auction listing, and decodes to match the specs that listing states.
UL 489 — Insulated Case
UL 1066 / ANSI C37 — Power Circuit Breaker
Non-automatic switches — from the Siemens tables
Switch numbers are built from the guide’s ordering tables — we found no non-automatic WL switch offered for resale, so unlike the breakers above these two are not confirmed against a field example.
